How do I make arrangements with the buyer or seller?

Since Motomoxy is an intermediary, there is no direct communication between buyer and seller. We handle any questions or comments in order to streamline the process for our users as much as possible.

How is the transport of my motorcycle handled?

For the transport of the motorcycle you have purchased or sold, you can use our transport services. We offer three options:

1. The buyer picks up the motorcycle directly from the seller (only from professional sellers).
2. The buyer will collect his motorcycle from our warehouse.
3. The buyer has the motorcycle transported from the seller's place to his home. We will then ensure that transport is arranged.

There is a dispute about the transfer between me and the buyer/seller of my motorcycle. Do you intervene in this?

If a dispute arises between seller and buyer, we can act as a mediator.

I have lost (part of) the registration certificate for the motorcycle. What now?

If you no longer have the registration certificate, you can use a certificate of loss as an alternative. You can have this drawn up by the government or the police.
