How can I buy a motorcycle?

Use the search function and filters on our website to find a motorcycle that suits your needs. Have you found a motorcycle that you want to buy in the search results? Click on it, read the description and submit a bid (after registration).

How do I get in touch with a seller?

As the middleman, we take care of all communication between buyer and seller. In this way, we are able to ensure that every transaction is completed accurately and efficiently.

How does the auction work?

You can bid on a motorcycle that meets your needs as long as the auction is running. Are you the highest bidder at the end of the auction and is your bid above the reserve price? Then the motorcycle will be awarded to you. In addition, you can always click on 'Buy now'. If you do so, the auction will stop immediately and you will become the new owner of the bike.

How can I submit a bid?

In order to bid on a motorcycle, you must first have access to our auction platform. Therefore, first create a personal user account. Do you have a certain motorcycle in mind? Click on it and see the description. Does the motorcycle meet your needs? Then click on the button 'Submit a bid'.

Is my bid binding?

Yes, every bid is binding. As a private buyer, you have 14 days, according to the right of withdrawal, to decline to accept your motorcycle when you purchase the motorcycle from a professional seller. However, you cannot reclaim the transport costs.

As a buyer, do I pay auction fees?

As a buyer, you pay a fixed commission of 125 euros (excluding VAT) on top of the price of the motorcycle if a sale is made. If no sale is made, you pay no fees.

Will the bike be removed from the auction as soon as I buy it?

Yes. Once your bid has been accepted, we will remove the motorcycle from the auction and award it to you.

The auction has ended and I am the highest bidder. Does that mean the bike is automatically mine?

The motorcycle will only be awarded to you if your bid is higher than the reserve price. In that case, the seller is required to hand over his motorcycle to you. However, if, at the end of the auction, your bid is lower than the reserve price for the motorcycle, the seller can choose whether or not to accept your bid. If not, he can choose to put the motorcycle up for auction again. Therefore, just because you have the highest bid, it does not automatically mean that the motorcycle is yours. Only if your bid is higher than the reserve price, will the motorcycle be automatically awarded to you.

Where can I find the invoice for my purchase?

After you have purchased a motorcycle, the seller will issue an invoice. It will be delivered to you by e-mail.

Can I return my purchased motorcycle if I find hidden defects?

We always strive to have all sellers describe their motorcycles as accurately as possible and to always report damage or defects. Do you nevertheless notice a hidden defect upon receipt? Then, as a private individual, you have 14 days according to the right of withdrawal to return the motorcycle if it’s from a professional seller and to reclaim the purchase price.
